To request our Cash4yourgold.ie selling pack, simply complete the online application form. Once we receive your request, we will dispatch the selling pack to you within 24 hours.
The pack will include a valuation form that you need to complete and sign, a padded envelope for your gold and tamper-proof postal envelope. Please place your gold and the completed valuation form inside the padded envelope, then seal it in and send it back to us.

What about Gemstones in my Consignment?
Cash4yourGold.ie does not purchase gemstones. Any gemstones contained within items received will not be returned, as the removal of such stones is time-consuming and, in most cases, the labour charges incurred would far exceed the small profit margin that we may have in the item. We recommend that, if a stone holds sentimental value, you remove it before sending the item to us.
I'm not sure is my jewellery Gold Plated or contains Gold?
Please be advised that while we are willing to purchase gold items that are not hallmarked, we reserve the right to impose a €20 fee for the return of non gold items or disposal free of charge.

What is there is a discrepnacy in weight?
If there is a discrepancy between the weight of your gold and our measurement, we will notify you immediately. Our specialist gold scales ensures precise and accurate measurements.
Can I send gold without filling in the submission form?
No, we cannot accept gold without a completed submission form. This ensures that we accurately process your payment and avoid any mistakes.
I do not have accurate scales, what should I do?
If you do not have access to precise scales, you can use any available scales, such as kitchen scales, to get a rough estimate of the weight of your gold items. This initial estimate will help you have an idea of the weight before sending your consignment. Once we receive your consignment, our team will weigh it to the nearest 0.1 gram using our calibrated and certified scales. This ensures that the weight is measured accurately and that you receive a fair valuation based on the precise weight of your items.
Will I get the price shown on the website?
